In the summer between his freshman and sophomore years of college, AJ read Rich Dad Poor Dad and was then introduced to the BiggerPockets podcast by his older brother. He has been hooked on Real Estate Investing ever since.
In June 2021, just a couple weeks after graduating college, AJ purchased his first 4-unit apartment complex for 0% down through a local credit union as an owner occupied investment.
In March 2023, with 13 units under his belt and a love for real estate in his heart, AJ quit his W2 and became a full-time real estate investor. He has since grown his portfolio by 50%.
He now enjoys educating folks on the benefits of real estate investing, partnering with other investors to take down great deals, and spending time with his family anywhere and anytime!
