Teri and Shawn Griffith are accredited investors, based in Denton, TX. They focus on multi-family properties in the southern U.S. with an emphasis on Texas. They invest both passively and actively in multifamily real estate and are currently invested in over 3000 units and have exited over 500 units full cycle. They have close 3 deals (303 units valued at $30M) and are looking for more!

He is very experienced in different industries! He started right out of high school and went to the US Navy, got out of the Navy and went to Texas Instruments, then went to work for Southwest Airlines.
