David previously worked for Cushman-Wakefield. He has helped commercial tenants find office and industrial space while figuring out comprehensive real estate plans for his clients’ future expansions. This experience has given him a unique perspective on the process of buying and selling real estate.
Since then he’s syndicated 3 properties and was able to raise $5 million in the last year. He is truly a believer in industrial real estate because it has a 3% vacancy rate for the nation. He continues to raise capital and is focused on buying cash-flowing assets which is more efficient and has a quicker ROI.
While not working on real estate, you can find David playing sports with his kids, doing Brazilian jiu-jitsu, or going through a Crossfit workout.
