By the age of 7, Hollis knew that real estate investing was the path he needed to take. Growing up in Hollis, Queens for years, he saw no path to accomplish his goal. All that changed in 2016 when he attended his first real estate conference. As a natural networker, he’d finally found HOW to accomplish his goal.
Since then he’s grown from a local deal finder and connector of people, to launching his private equity firm 24 Capital Group. He’s still connecting people, but through strategic partnerships with some of the nation's top operators, he’s able to help people who are like his 7-year-old self learn the HOW of real estate investing. To that end, he’s created useful tools like “Apartment Syndications Due Diligence Checklist For Passive Investors,” and co-created “The Straight-forward Guide to Hands-Off Real Estate”. He recently went to a conference hosted by Rob Beardsley.
